Will this work in my vehicle?
The Yurnlv Box requires a wired Apple CarPlay or Android Auto connection to work in your vehicle. You can check our extensive compatibility list at the top of this page near the add to cart buttons.
Aftermarket head units from Alpine, Kenwood, and Pioneer are also supported.
If you are still unsure, please reach out to our Compatibility with your vehicle make, model, and year for verification.
How quickly can I set it up?
Most customers get it up and running within a few minutes. It’s plug & play with minimal setup required, similar to a new phone to establish basic settings.

3.Order Processing Time
Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time.
Once you have placed your order, the order will be processed within 1-3 business days . Orders placed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas day will not be processed until the morning of the following business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.
4.The Order Tracker Is Not Updating.
Once you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, it means that your order has been processed and shipped out. If the tracking does not update, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
a.Your order is on its way, but the post office has not yet scanned/processed the package, so its status has not yet been updated on the tracking website. Please allow a few days for your local post office to process your package. You may want to contact your local post office with your tracking number for more details.
b.Your order has reached your country and is currently being cleared by customs. Until the package has been inspected and cleared by customs, the tracking system will be unable to provide any further updates. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you how long this process might take, as it depends your country’s customs process.
5.Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
6.What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologise! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
7.Will i be charged for customs and taxes
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
8.Pre Orders
Orders that include pre-ordered products ship only after ALL items are available. For immediate shipping, order currently available products separately from pre-orders.
9.What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

Do I need any additional apps to make it work?
Nope, we've pre-installed the most popular streaming apps to the box for you. The Google Play store is accessible from the box to download any app if you wish.
In order to access the streaming options, you will need a WiFi signal from mobile hotspot, SIM card, or in-vehicle internet.
The streaming apps still require an active subscription with those streaming providers, we do not give supply a free account to those apps.
